Ive been where you are. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and unsure where to start. My own journey taught me that real, lasting change comes from consistency, not quick fixes. Now, I use that experience to help others achieve their goals in a way thats realistic and sustainable.

How to create, define & achieve your goals.

Step One.

Book a Consultation.

The consultation is all about you getting clear on your goals and tackling any obstacles in your way. We’ll chat through whats working, whats not, and create a plan that helps you move forward with confidence.

Step Two.

Book a Movement Assessment.

A movement assessment is a full-body evaluation of your mobility, stability, and strength, identifying any muscle tightness, weaknesses, or imbalances. If you experience pain or discomfort, this session helps investigate the cause. Based on the findings, I’ll create a personalized workout program tailored to your needs, ensuring every session supports your goals effectively.

Step Three.

Nutrition Consultation.

In this session, we go through your current eating habits, what you enjoy, and what fits your lifestyle. I’ll provide personalised calorie and macro targets, along with meal ideas to help you build a sustainable, balanced approach to nutrition one that works for you long-term.

Step Four.

Metrics & Goal Setting.

During this session we establish a clear, measurable objective & determine a realistic target date. By defining your goal in detail, we can create a focused and actionable plan that is broken down into manageable steps, identifying the specific actions, habits, and milestones required for success.

Step Five.

Get in the Gym.

I will guide you through each exercise detail, coaching you on proper technique and explaining the purpose behind each exercise. As your trainer, it is my responsibility to ensure you understand the ‘why’ behind every movement while making your workout fun, enjoyable, and appropriately challenging.

How does the process work?

It begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness history, and any limitations you might have. From there:

What should I bring to a training session?

  • Comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes.

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • A towel for sweat.

  • If we’re training outdoors wear weather-appropriate clothing.

How long are the training sessions?

Each session typically lasts 60 minutes. This allows us to complete a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down while addressing your fitness goals effectively.

How often should I train with a personal trainer?

The frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Many clients train 2-3 times per week, but even one session per week combined with independent workouts can yield results. I’ll help you find a routine that works best for you.

Do you provide meal plans?

While I’m not a licensed dietitian, I offer general nutritional advice to help you make healthier food choices that support your goals. For more detailed dietary plans, I can refer you to a qualified nutritionist or dietitian.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
